Arokya Builders Llp

We are based over in Khiddirpore, at 24/2 Mansatala Lane. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, especially with the docks nearby and all the trucks. Arokya Builders is our small LLP. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our tools, some samples, and all the files for our projects. We do a lot of construction and repair work in this part of the city. It’s an old neighborhood, so there is always something that needs fixing or rebuilding. The lanes here are pretty tight, so we spend a lot of time walking from one spot to another. Our team is just a few guys who have been doing this for years. We aren't experts in marketing or sales; we just know how to lay bricks and put up walls. We get a lot of work just by word of mouth because people in Khiddirpore talk to each other. Sometimes the rain makes it impossible to work, so we just sit in the office and wait it out. It’s a bit of a messy job, and we usually go home covered in dust or cement. But it feels good to see a building actually finished. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients from getting too frustrated with the delays. It is honest work for us.
