Aradhya Realdev Llp

Aradhya Realdev Llp is based at 185, Bangura Avenue, right in Block B. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of the city, which we appreciate. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a regular room with a couple of windows and enough desks for the people who work here. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the daily routine of the street. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we usually get our morning drinks. Inside the office, things are pretty functional. We have a lot of filing cabinets because we still like to keep physical copies of everything. It feels safer that way. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address on the door. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s not very exciting work, but it’s what we do. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the details right. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with paper, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project, but we eventually clear it out. It’s a local business run by local people. We don't have big meetings; we just chat over our desks when something needs to be decided. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we like the independence of it.
