Apex People Solution Consultancy is based in the Motijheel Industrial Housing Estate. We are specifically in Block A, Flat 13. This is out in Dumdum, Kolkata, pin 700074. It is an industrial area so it is not exactly a pretty place to look at. There is a lot of trucks and noise from the factories nearby. Working out of a housing estate like Motijheel means we are right in the middle of where people live and work. Flat 13 is where we do our consulting. It is mostly about helping workers and businesses figure out their staffing needs. We have a few desks and a very old ceiling fan that clicks while it spins. Apex People Solution Consultancy isn't a high-rise corporate office. It is just a practical space for practical people. Dumdum is a busy part of the city and we feel that energy every day. We handle a lot of paperwork and sometimes the stacks of files get a bit out of hand. We don't have a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It is very informal here. We wear casual clothes and don't worry about being too polished for anyone. The focus is just on getting the work done so everyone can get paid and go home. Being in Block A makes us easy to find for the locals. We have been part of this community for a while.
