If you find yourself in Santoshpur, you might come across us at A22 in the Nandan Kanan area. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of vibe here, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the city center. We handle marketing and service tasks from this small office. There’s a bit of a garden outside, though it’s mostly overgrown now because we haven't had time to tend to it properly. Inside, it’s just desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of paper stacked in corners. We started this because we knew the service side of things was needed around here. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we take the jobs as they come and try to do them right. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat, or the local delivery guy stays for a glass of water when the sun is too much. It’s that kind of place. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy to draw people in. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past while doing their errands. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to stack some of the older files in the hallway, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a working office, not a museum. We usually wrap up as the sun goes down, making sure the shutters are locked tight before heading out to the local market for some groceries and tea.
