We are located at 18B Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, which is a pretty busy spot in Kolkata 700020. Anupatra Residency Private Limited is the name on the door, but we are just a small group of people working on residency projects and housing. The road outside is always full of people and noise, which keeps things interesting. Our office is a simple space. We don’t have those modern open-plan layouts you see in movies. It’s more like a few rooms filled with cabinets and desks. We spend our days looking at land papers and talking to contractors. Most of the work involves making sure the housing units are being built according to the plans. There is a lot of back and forth with the city authorities. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving paper from one side of the desk to the other. But then we go out to the sites and see things actually being built. It’s good to see the progress. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in West Bengal. We just want to get the houses finished. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how each other works. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it as it comes. No big fuss, just daily work on Ashutosh Mukherjee Road.
