Our office is in Mani Uday at 16 Mayfair Road. We are in Unit No. 1Ab. It is a central part of the city, so there is always a lot of movement around us. We are Ansn Associates Developers Llp. We have been doing building work for quite some time now. Our office is usually pretty busy with people coming in and out to talk about projects. We have drawings spread out on the tables and samples of materials everywhere. We are not interested in having a showroom. We just want a place where we can actually work. Mayfair Road is a well-known street and we like being based here. We are a small team and everyone has to help out with everything. One minute you might be talking to a contractor and the next you are checking some paperwork. We do not have any formal mission statements or anything like that. We just build things. It is hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and move on. We deal with the city rules and the suppliers every day. It can be tiring, but we are used to the pace. We have been in this industry long enough to know that patience is important. We do not try to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our part and keep our projects on track. It is a straightforward business for us.
