Ankraj Nirman Private Limited is our little operation over on Rai Charan Ghosh Lane. If you are looking for us, we are at BL-B, ground floor, room 22, care of MD Shakib. It’s a busy little spot and can be a bit hard to find if you aren’t looking closely at the LP-80/9 markings. We’ve been working in the construction line for a while now. The office is usually filled with the sound of the fan and people talking about cement or steel prices. We don't have a lot of fluff here. No big posters or mission statements on the walls. Just the work that needs to get done. We spend most of our time out at sites anyway, so the office is mostly for the paperwork side of things. It’s a ground-floor space, so it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice. We are just a group of people trying to make a living building things for others. Some days are good, some are frustrating when the rain stops work, but that’s just how this business goes. We like being in this part of the city because it feels real. There is no corporate polish here, just honest effort and a lot of planning. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our projects moving forward. It's just us, working on whatever comes our way on Rai Charan Ghosh Lane.
