Ankraj Developer Private Limited is run from 1ST-FR188/2 on Picnic Garden Road. We are c/o Mr. Manoj Singh at that address. It is a busy area near LP-1/27/3. We have been working on development projects around here for some time now. Our office is a place where we keep all our records and meet with people about the building sites. It is a bit tucked away but we find it works well for us. We spend our days looking over site plans and making sure the supplies are arriving when they are supposed to. Developing land is a long process with many steps. We handle the daily grind of it all from this Picnic Garden Road spot. There are always piles of paper on the desk. Mr. Manoj Singh helps keep things moving. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a local developer trying to build things right in this part of town. The commute can be a bit much sometimes with the traffic on the main road but we are always here by nine. We talk to the builders and the neighbors and try to keep everyone on the same page. It is mostly just hard work and paying attention to the details of the construction. We don't have a fancy website or anything. We just focus on the buildings and the people we work with. It is a noisy office sometimes but that is just how business goes here.
