Anjaneya Realestate Developers Llp is based at 11 Ashoka Road in Alipore. We are on the sixth floor of Block B. Alipore is a well-known neighborhood in Kolkata, 700027, and it has a lot of greenery and old trees. Our office is up quite a few flights, but luckily there is an elevator that works most of the time. From the sixth floor, we can see some of the rooftops of the surrounding houses. The office itself is pretty quiet compared to the street level. We have a few rooms where we keep our maps and real estate documents. It isn't a very large space, and it definitely isn't a luxury office. It’s just where we do our business. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and checking on property details. Ashoka Road is a decent place to be located, as it's easy enough to give people directions to find us. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork we have to handle, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We are just real estate developers working in the city. The building has a bit of a tired look to it, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s just our regular workplace where we get things done.
