We are located at 78, Nagendra Nath Road in Dum Dum. The office is usually filled with stacks of boxes containing different lab tools and glass pieces. It’s not the neatest place because there is always something being unpacked or checked for quality. We deal with scientific instruments, so we have to be very careful not to drop anything fragile. Dum Dum is a busy area, and the noise from Nagendra Nath Road usually drifts inside all afternoon. We have a small workbench in the back where we test things out before they are boxed back up and sent off. Most of the time, the main desk is covered in instruction manuals and rolls of bubble wrap. It’s just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at messy spreadsheets to keep track of what’s in stock. The building is a standard old brick structure, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, and we keep meaning to fix it when we have a spare moment. We’ve been at this address for several years now. People in the neighborhood know us as the ones with all the heavy, fragile crates arriving every week. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the number on the door. It gets hot, so we keep the old fans going.
