Ams Hoses & Equipment

You can find us at 5/24 Kalicharan Dutta Road. We have been operating here at Ams Hoses & Equipment for a good bit of time now. The shop is absolutely full of all kinds of hoses, different fittings, and various bits of machinery equipment for local businesses. It can get a little cramped with all the coils and metal parts lying around on the floor, but we generally know where everything is tucked away. Mostly, we help people find the right size connector or a specific type of heavy-duty hose for their pumps and engines. It’s very hands-on work. Our hands are often a bit greasy or dusty by the end of the shift, but that’s just how it goes in this trade. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a real working shop where people come when they need something specific to get their machines running again. We have an old workbench in the back where we cut the hoses to size and crimp the ends for customers. The road outside is usually busy with people moving back and forth all day long. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to walk in with a broken part in their hand. We don't do a lot of fancy talking; we just look at what's needed and see if we have it in the back room. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy every single day.
