We are based over at Swabhumi, specifically at 89 C, The Heritage Plaza. It’s right near the E M Bypass on Moulana Abul Kalam Azad Sarani in Kankurgachi. We’ve been working out of this spot in Kolkata for quite some time now. Our work is all about development and buildings, but we like to keep our own office feeling like a place where real people work. It’s a busy area with a lot of history, being part of the Swabhumi complex. We spend our days looking over plans, talking to contractors, and trying to get things built the right way. It’s not always easy, and there are always problems to solve with permits or materials, but that’s just how the industry is. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk in the office. We just get the coffee going and start on the day’s tasks. The bypass is always humming with noise outside, but we’re used to it. Our team is a mix of people who have been in realty for decades and some newer faces. We’re just focused on our projects here in the city. We keep the doors open for anyone we’re doing business with. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We’ve been part of the Kankurgachi landscape for a long time and we plan to stay that way. Being at Swabhumi gives us a bit of a different view than a normal office building. We’ve got space to breathe even if the work is stressful. We just build.
