Alemco Developers Private Limited is based over at 20 Royd Street in Kolkata. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to some other parts of the city, which we like. We’ve been working in the development sector for some time. Our day usually starts early with a lot of phone calls to check on various sites. Being a developer means you have to keep track of a hundred different things at once. You have to worry about the materials, the workers, the deadlines, and the budget. Sometimes it feels like you are just putting out fires all day long. But when a project is finally finished and you see people actually using the building, it feels like all that stress was worth it. Our office on Royd Street is where we do all the planning and the paperwork. It is a modest space, nothing too flashy. We prefer to spend our resources on the actual projects rather than on fancy furniture for ourselves. We are just a group of practical people who know how to get things built. We do not promise the moon, we just promise to show up and do the work that needs to be done. It is a basic way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. We handle each job as it comes and try not to get too overwhelmed by the small details.
