We are located up on the 7th floor of the Aakashmoni building, which is part of the Salboni Housing Complex. The address is 64/98C Khudiram Bose Road, right in the Belgachia Milk Colony area of Kolkata. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, though it is mostly just other rooftops and the busy streets below. Alchemist Hr Services Pvt. Ltd. is just a group of us working out of this apartment-style office. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which we actually prefer. The 700037 area is always bustling, and the Milk Colony is a well-known spot around here. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people, which is the heart of HR work. It is not always glamorous, and the elevator in the complex can be a bit slow sometimes, but we make it work. We are not interested in using fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with their jobs and help companies find staff. It is a straightforward process that requires a lot of patience. We have been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It is a comfortable, normal place to work. We just show up every morning, take the lift up, and get started on whatever is waiting for us.
