Akshita Arcade

Akshita Arcade is located at 48/4B, B T Road, right in the Sinthee area. If you’ve ever driven down B T Road, you know how hectic it gets with all the buses and cars. Our building stands there amongst it all. It’s a mix of different spaces, and we spend our time managing the day-to-day things that come up. Being in Sinthee, we get a lot of local foot traffic. The building isn't a skyscraper, but it’s a solid spot for the businesses that are based here. We deal with everything from maintenance issues to talking with the people who rent the spaces. There’s always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a light in the hallway or a leaky pipe somewhere. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps the place running. We sit in a small office on-site most of the time. People drop by to ask questions or just to say hello. It feels like a small community inside the arcade. We try to keep things orderly, though with the busy road outside, there’s always a bit of dust and noise. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change quite a lot. Even with all the new buildings coming up, we just keep doing our thing here at 48/4B. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours.
