Akma Nirman Llp is located at 175J Manicktala Main Road. Being on a main road in Kolkata-700054 means there is never a dull moment. The sound of buses and taxis is always there in the background. Our office is a functional spot where we handle all the construction and "nirman" work. It’s a bit of a busy place, with people coming in to discuss projects or drop off supplies. We don't have a lot of space for anything that isn't necessary. There are shelves full of binders and a few desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure we have everything needed for the various jobs we have going on. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay sharp, especially during those long afternoons when the humidity is high. It’s just a regular office where we do the work that needs doing. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We are just a local group of people who know the building trade and keep our heads down to get the projects finished on time. The location is good because we can get to almost anywhere in North Kolkata pretty quickly from here, which helps when things get hectic.
