We have been operating out of our space here at 297/1/H/12 on A.P.C Road for some time now. Being in this part of town means there is always noise and movement outside, which honestly matches how busy we usually are with the construction work. Ajmer Al Hassan Developer & Constructionprivate Limited isn't some giant corporation with a glass skyscraper. We are just a group of people who understand how to build things from the ground up. Most days, you’ll find us looking over site plans or talking to suppliers about why the bricks haven’t arrived yet. It is basic work, really. We deal with the local building requirements and try to make sure everything stays on track despite the usual delays that happen in this industry. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or we have to spend all afternoon sorting out a small plumbing issue on a new build, but that’s just life in construction. We don’t have any slick brochures or a fancy sales team. If you come by the office, you might see some dusty boots near the door and a lot of coffee cups. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s about getting the walls up and making sure the roof doesn't leak. We’ve been part of the neighborhood for a while, and we just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
