Our office is tucked away at 2 Greek Church Row Extention in Kolkata. It’s a bit of an older part of town, which has its own charm I guess. The zip code is 700026 if you’re looking for it on a map. We’ve been set up here for quite some time. It isn't a massive glass building like the ones you see in the newer parts of the city. Instead, it’s a standard space where we handle our daily tasks for Aircel. Most of the team arrives early, usually after a bit of a commute through the city traffic. We spend most of our hours answering phones, dealing with tech issues, and making sure the wireless services are running okay. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's home for us during the day. There’s a small tea shop nearby where we all go for breaks. You can hear the city sounds through the windows—horns honking and people talking. It keeps things from being too quiet. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find someone at a desk. We just focus on the job at hand without much fuss. It's a practical spot and it serves us well for what we need to do. We know the neighbors and the local postman by name. It’s just how things are in this part of Kolkata. We've been here for years and we just keep the work going day after day.
