We are located over at No. 11 on Crooked Lane. It is an old part of Kolkata, and you have to head up to the 1st Floor to find us. The building has been there for quite some time. If you are looking for us, the easiest way is to find the Fire Brigade nearby. That is the main landmark everyone uses around here. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of the street activity from above, but we are a bit away from the direct noise of the pavement. Crooked Lane is exactly like it sounds, a bit narrow and winding. It takes some getting used to if you aren’t from this part of town. We spend most of our days handling paperwork and talking to people who come by the office. It is not a shiny new glass building, just a regular place where we get our work done. Kolkata can be very humid, so the fans are always going in here. We have been in this spot for a good while. Dealing with the daily logistics of a business in a crowded area like this has its challenges. You learn to work with the space you have. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit steep at the end of a long day. It’s just us here, keeping things running as well as we can. No big fancy lobby or anything, just our desks and our files. It works for us.
