Afsana Infracon is our small business, and you can find us in Netaji Nagar. We are located in Beman Bihar, right near the Green Birona School. The office is at Mannaf Ali’s place, so it feels more like a home than a sterile corporate building. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. Kolkata is a big city, but our little corner in Netaji Nagar feels like its own community. Most of our time is spent dealing with infrastructure projects and site management. It involves a lot of muddy boots and long hours under the sun. We come back to the office to handle the paperwork and make sure everything is in order. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. There are usually a few of us sitting around the table, going over the numbers and making sure the supplies are arriving on time. Sometimes the traffic around the school makes it hard to get in and out, but we’ve learned the shortcuts by now. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to do the job right and go home. Our neighbors know us, and we are part of the local fabric here. It’s just a group of people working hard and trying to stay busy with the next project. We keep things simple and focus on the daily tasks that need finishing.
