I’m writing this because people keep asking what we do over here at Aegis Bpo Pvt Ltd. We've been at 3 A Middle Road for a while now. If you know Jadavpur, you know where that is. It’s right in the middle of Kolkata75, and we’re just doing our daily work here. We handle a lot of different calls and data stuff every single day. It gets pretty loud in the office sometimes when everyone is on the phones at once, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. There are a lot of us sitting at desks, making sure everything gets finished. We don’t really have a fancy office with big signs or anything. It's just a regular building on Middle Road where we show up and get through the tasks. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea lady is late, but we keep moving. We are local people from around Kolkata mostly. Some of us take the bus and others walk if they live close enough to Jadavpur. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just a place where work happens. If you walk past 3 A Middle Road, you’ll probably see some of our staff standing outside taking a break. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit and we just focus on getting the jobs done. It's not a complicated setup, just desks, computers, and people working hard.
