We have a place at 393 Block G in New Alipore, West Bengal. Kolkata is a city that moves at its own speed, and New Alipore is a pretty solid neighborhood to be in. Our office at Adventity Research is just a regular building on a regular street. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, it is just us and our equipment. We do a lot of research-heavy tasks, so it can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused. Sometimes the street noise from 700 053 filters in, but we are used to it by now. We aren't some big corporate entity with polished floors and glass walls. We have old desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't have a marketing team telling us what to say. We just work on the projects we have in front of us. Most of us take the bus or a rickshaw to get here. The local tea shops nearby are where we spend our breaks, talking about football or the weather. It’s an honest way to make a living. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. New Alipore is a nice part of the city, and we feel like we belong here. We don't have any big slogans. We just try to do the research work as best as we can and keep the lights on for another day.
