Adroit Prudential Career Planner

Adroit Prudential Career Planner is located in Kolkata at Flat No 4, 1P Convent Lane. It’s an older building that fits right into the character of this part of the city. We aren't a massive career consultancy with offices in every city. It is just us here in a small flat, trying to help people figure out their career paths. The rooms are a bit small, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it is a comfortable place to work. Convent Lane can be quite loud during the day, with all the typical Kolkata street sounds drifting in. We spend our time going through files and talking to folks who are looking for advice. There is no corporate polish here. We don't have a glossy reception area or a big sign outside. It’s just a door with our name on it. We value the direct conversations we have with people. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes things a bit damp, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Most people find us because someone they know told them where we are. We don't use fancy jargon or make big promises. We just sit down with whoever comes in and see how we can help them out in a practical way.
