Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd

Up on the fourth floor of this building on RBC Road, you will find our office. It is room 404, which is easy enough to remember once you have climbed up here. Being in Rishra, Hooghly, we are a bit away from the main rush of the giant cities, but it still gets plenty busy on the streets below. We have been here at Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd for a bit, and the space has become quite familiar to everyone. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the windows look out over the neighborhood rooftops. It is a local spot, really. Most of us live nearby in West Bengal, so the commute isn't too terrible unless it is monsoon season. Then everything slows down. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a door, some chairs, and people working. We spend our mornings checking files and talking about what needs to be finished before the weekend. The fan hums in the corner and sometimes the internet gets a bit spotty, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. It is just a place where work happens, and we like the fact that it feels real. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the person who sells snacks on the corner. That is our daily life here, and we are quite content with the way things are moving.
