ADIG INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Adig Infrastructure Private Limited is based at 14A, (190) Uttar Panchanna Gram, in the Martinpara area of Kolkata. We are at LP-14/29, which is a busy little pocket of the city. The streets around here are quite narrow and there is always something going on, whether it is a small shop opening up or some road repairs happening. Our office is right in the middle of this neighborhood life. We don't have a big glass building; it is just a normal office where we keep our files and meet with our project leads. The walls are covered with site maps and schedules that we are always trying to stick to. It is a lot of manual coordination. We have to be careful with the timing of deliveries because of the narrow lanes; you can't just park a big truck anywhere. We spend a lot of our time talking to neighbors and making sure our work doesn't disrupt the local area too much. It is a very hands-on kind of business. There is always a bit of noise from the street coming through the windows, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the infrastructure projects we have on our plate and try to get them done without too many delays. We are just local people doing construction work in a part of the city we know inside and out.
