We’ve got our office on the first floor over at 57/4A PGH Shah Road in Jadavpur. It’s a busy neighborhood in Kolkata, and being here feels right for the kind of work we do. Adecco India might be a big name elsewhere, but in this office, it’s just us trying to keep things organized. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and the office itself is packed with files and desks. We spend a lot of time talking to people and looking through paperwork. It isn't a glamorous job, but it's important. Jadavpur has a lot of energy, and you can hear the street noise even from inside. We have our regulars who drop by, and there's always someone new walking in to ask questions. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon here. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork sorted for whoever needs it. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage our daily responsibilities. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how it goes in a city like Kolkata. We’re just a bunch of people working out of a modest office on PGH Shah Road, doing what we can to stay on top of things. It's been our home base for a long time and we like it.
