Our office is located at 113B Manohar Das Street. We are way up on the fourth floor. There is no elevator that we use regularly, so we get plenty of exercise every day. We are Adarsh Nivas Towers Llp. We have been working on building projects for several years now. Our desks are usually covered in drawings and small samples of bricks or tiles. It is a working space, not somewhere we try to impress people. We are just a group of people who enjoy seeing a building go up from the ground. Manohar Das Street is a very busy place and there is always something going on outside. We know the tea seller downstairs very well because we go there often. We do not have a big corporate structure here. Everyone just knows their job and gets on with it. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to keep everything on schedule. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it does not. That is just the reality of building things in a city like this. We handle all the local stuff ourselves. It involves a lot of patience and dealing with different people. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just focus on the bricks and the mortar. We are glad to be part of this neighborhood. It feels like home to us and we know the streets like the back of our hands.
