You can find Aastha Mansion Llp on the 3rd floor at P 16, Kalakar Street. If you know the area, you know Kalakar Street is incredibly busy. There are trucks and handcarts everywhere, and the noise is constant from morning until night. Climbing up to the third floor is our daily exercise since the lift is sometimes out of order or just too slow to wait for. Our office space is right in the middle of all that commercial energy. We work on building projects, and the name "Mansion" makes it sound grander than our actual office is. In reality, it is just a bunch of desks pushed together with a lot of heavy ledgers and site journals. The walls have some damp patches from the last monsoon, but that is pretty common for these old buildings in this part of town. We have a small kettle for making coffee, which we do quite often. The windows stay shut most of the time to keep the street dust out. We deal with architects, suppliers, and sometimes the local authorities. It is a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. We don't have a big marketing team. It is just us doing the daily grind and trying to make sure the buildings we are working on actually get finished on time without any major problems or unnecessary delays in the schedule.
