As developers, we spend a lot of time thinking about how to use space and what kind of buildings will actually work for people. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does things the right way. Our office is usually full of rolls of drawings and bits of paper from different sites we are looking at. We have a small team here and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. Some days we are stuck in meetings for hours and other days we are out walking around sites. We try to be practical about everything we do. Construction and development in a place like Kolkata can be tricky because of how crowded things are, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over time. We just take things one day at a time and try to finish what we started. If you come by the first floor, you'll see we are just regular people working on some plans. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that, just work to be done.
