Aarav Realcon Llp is located in the Kamalalaya Centre. We are up on the 4th floor in Room No. 4 01. The address is 156A Lenin Sarani. If you know Kolkata, you know Lenin Sarani is a pretty famous road. It’s always got something going on. Our office is a simple one. We don't have a lot of extra space, but it's enough for what we do. Being in a big building like Kamalalaya Centre means we see a lot of different people coming and going every day. It’s a good place to be based. We aren't the type to use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a real estate group working out of a room on the fourth floor. Usually, we are busy with phones ringing or looking over plans. The elevator can be a bit slow during lunch hours, but that's just life in a busy city building. We’ve been at this for a while now. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just try to do our jobs well and be fair with the people we meet. It’s a small team here. We know each other well and we know the area even better. 156A Lenin Sarani is where you’ll find us if you’re looking.
