We've been over at Waterloo Street for a bit now. If you know the 27/8A spot, that's where Aakaas Exim Llp is tucked away. It's busy around here, always something moving. We handle the export and import side of things. It’s mostly just keeping track of lists and making sure stuff gets where it needs to go on time. The office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get the daily jobs done. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just paperwork piled up on the desks. We deal with various goods, whatever the orders require that week. It’s a lot of coordination. You learn to deal with the traffic on the street outside and the heat in the afternoons. Dealing with suppliers and buyers takes up most of our hours. It’s not always easy work, honestly. There are delays at the ports or issues with documents that we have to fix quickly. We just try to stay on top of it. Some of the guys have been here since we started, so we know how the routine goes. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the containers and the shipping schedules. It's just a regular business day for us most of the time. We’re usually here until late if there's a big shipment coming through or leaving. That's just how it is at Waterloo Street. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we do.
