Aadya Real Ventures Private Limited

Aadya Real Ventures is based in the Maruti Building, specifically in Flat 5E at 12 Dr. U. N. Brahmachari Street. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to some other parts of town, which is nice when we need to concentrate. Our office is fairly basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper. We work on various real estate ventures, which usually means a lot of meetings and even more phone calls. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. We mostly rely on the people we’ve worked with before to recommend us. The work can be quite tedious at times, especially when we are dealing with all the legal documents and registrations. But we just put our heads down and get through it. We aren't looking to be the most famous builders in the city, just to do our part and keep the business running. Sometimes we have tea and just talk about how the city is changing. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up and down over the years. We try to be honest about what we can achieve. If a project has issues, we talk about them openly. It’s a very human way of doing business. We aren't perfect, and we don't pretend to be. We just handle the real estate business as best as we can, one day after another. It is what it is.
