Our office is located at 63 Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road. It's a pretty well-known street in the 700016 part of Kolkata. We do development work, mostly looking at local projects. The team is small, just a few of us here. It’s a busy area, always something going on outside our door. We’ve been working from this spot for some time now. We aren't really into the big corporate style of doing things. We prefer to keep it local and talk to people directly. Building and developing properties takes a lot of patience. Sometimes things move slow, sometimes they move fast. We just try to keep up with the pace. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it's where all the planning happens. We know the city pretty well, especially this neighborhood. Dealing with permits and contractors is just our normal day. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build and develop things. It's practical work that requires staying on top of the details. Most of the time, we’re out visiting sites rather than sitting behind a desk. If you’re in the area, you’ll find us right there on the main road. It's a straightforward business. We just want to get the projects finished properly without too much fuss. Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road is always loud with horns and people, but we've gotten used to it. The 700016 area is a prime spot for the kind of development work we do. We aren't looking to change the world.
