Our office is located at 63, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road in the heart of Kolkata. It's a pretty busy area and you can hear the street noise even when the windows are shut. We spend our time working on enclave projects and dealing with the everyday problems that come up with real estate. Things can get a little messy with paperwork and local regulations but we manage. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just us here trying to make sure our projects stay on track. Sometimes the internet is slow or a supplier calls to say a delivery is going to be late. That is just how it goes. We drink a lot of tea while we look over site plans and talk to contractors on the phone. The 700016 pin code area is where we do most of our running around. If you walk down Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road you will see how much building is happening. We are just one part of that local scene. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on the sites we are currently managing. It is a lot of back and forth between the office and the building locations. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It's not a glamorous job but it is what we do for a living.
