We are over at 8 Dr. Suresh Sarkar Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy neighborhood and our office fits right in. We’ve been operating A. M. Nirman Private Limited from this location for some time now. We aren't a huge team with fancy titles. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the paperwork and making sure the site workers have their instructions. The building we are in is older, but it serves our purpose. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or big signs. We’d rather focus on the actual building projects we have going on. Construction in Kolkata has its own set of challenges, like the narrow streets and the humidity. We just deal with it one day at a time. Our English might not be perfect and we don't have a marketing team to polish our image. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. If you come by the office, you’ll likely see us drinking tea and looking at some blue prints or bills. It's a very practical way of working. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the materials, the budget, and the time we have. That’s how we have always done things. It is just a small local business trying to do right by the projects we take on in the 700014 area. We enjoy the work we do.
