A Leading Recruitment Firm

Our recruitment firm is located in Kolkata, right in the Golf Green Urban Complex. Specifically, we're at A 3 2 Phase 1. If you live around here, you know it’s a decent area with plenty of trees and buildings. We spend our time trying to find jobs for people. It’s a lot of calling and emailing back and forth. Some people come to us looking for their first job, others are more experienced. Kolkata has a lot of talent, so we’re never short of resumes to look through. The office isn't anything fancy. Just some chairs, tables, and a lot of paper. We don't like to overcomplicate things. If there's an opening, we try to fill it. Sometimes the matches work out great, other times they don't, but that's just the nature of the business. We’ve been here in Phase 1 for some time now. Most of the staff live nearby, so it’s a local feel. We aren't into big marketing speeches. We just listen to what companies want and try to find a person who can do the job. It's practical work. It keeps us busy from morning until evening. That’s pretty much what we do every day here. We take things as they come and try to keep the desk cleared as often as possible.
