A K V Enclaves LLP is tucked away over at 6A Keyatala Road, which is just off Sarat Bose Road. It’s a nice area of Kolkata, a bit quieter than some of the main hubs but still close to everything we need. We focus on enclave developments, trying to build places that feel like home. Our office isn't a big corporate suite, it's more of a workspace where we get things done without much noise. We spend our mornings checking on site reports and our afternoons dealing with the logistics of building materials. It's a lot of phone calls and checking and double-checking things. We don't believe in using those fancy catchphrases that some companies use. We just think if you build something solid, the work speaks for itself. There are always challenges, like when the rain hits and stalls everything, but that's just life in this city. Our team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how to get things moving when they get stuck. Being near Sarat Bose Road means we can get to different parts of the city pretty easily, which is helpful. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, we are just building houses and keeping our commitments. It's a busy life but we enjoy seeing a project go from a drawing to a real building that people use.
