We do a bit of everything here, mostly project work and coordination. It is a typical West Bengal neighborhood where everyone knows each other. The office is not anything special to look at from the outside, just a door on a busy lane. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of old notebooks. We do not use much fancy software if we can help it, preferring to keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It is a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough in the summers, but we have a few fans going to keep us moving. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that.
