Yashlaxmi Infra Private Limited

We started Yashlaxmi Infra Private Limited a while back and we’ve been operating out of Kolhapur since then. Our main spot is in Evergreen Homes, right there in Nagala Park. If you know the E Ward area, you know it's a busy part of town. We are basically at Flat No. 011. It is not a massive fancy office, just where we handle the paperwork and keep things moving. Dealing with infrastructure work here means we spend a lot of time out on sites, but this is the home base. We keep it simple. It's mostly just us working through the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a private limited company in this industry. People sometimes have a hard time finding the exact flat number in the Rsn.182 plot, but once you get to the 6th or 7th section, it’s easier. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the projects get done and the bills get paid. Kolhapur is a good place to be based because you get to know everyone. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and files, but that is just how it goes when you’re busy. We try to stay organized. If you’re looking for us, that’s where we are. Just a local outfit trying to do the work right and stay on top of the local regulations and building needs in our corner of the city.
