Our office is based in Kolhapur, specifically at Plot No. 15 in the Sanmitra Housing Society. We’re located right near the Indumati School. It’s a fairly quiet area, which is nice when you need to focus on work. We go by the name Vinayaka Shiva Subrahmanya Constructions, but most people just know us as the local builders around here. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things in our own town. Our days are mostly spent between the office and the construction sites. We don't have a huge staff. It’s just a few of us handling the paperwork, the sales, and the site management. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we're just selling solid houses and land. We get our hands dirty quite a bit. If there’s a leak or a wall isn't straight, we’re the ones out there looking at it. The office is pretty basic with just the essentials. We like it that way. It keeps our heads clear. People in Kolhapur know us by word of mouth mostly. We just do our work, talk to the neighbors, and try to keep things moving along without making a big production out of it. It is just a normal local business where we try to do a decent job every single day.
