We operate out of Padli Khurd, which is a small place in the Karveer area of Kolhapur. Our office is actually just House Number 1175. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything like that. We deal with real estate and infrastructure in the district. Kolhapur is our home, and we know these roads and lands pretty well. Most of the time, we are out in the field looking at sites or talking to laborers. The work involves a lot of coordination. You have to know the local geography to get anything done here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra, just trying to do good work in our own corner. People around the village know where to find us. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, but there is always plenty of work to do with land and building. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or the supplies don't show up on time, but we figure it out. We handle the paperwork and the construction side of things for local projects. It is a family-run kind of vibe, even if we are a private limited company. We’ve lived here for years, so we care about how the buildings turn out. It’s simple, honest work.
