Shivastu Infra Llp is located in Shaniwar Peth. We operate out of 2400 C Ward, which is care of Vinayakrao Shripatrao Kshirsagar. It’s a local spot in a very traditional part of the city. We’ve been here for a while, and the address has some history to it. We don't have a massive modern office building. It’s more of a classic setup where we handle the infrastructure business. Dealing with an Llp means we have a few partners involved, and we all pitch in on the daily tasks. Whether it’s looking at site plans or dealing with the accounting, it all happens right here. Shaniwar Peth is a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets, so it feels very connected to the local community. We aren't big on fancy slogans or corporate branding. We are just local people working on local projects. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when everyone is there at the same time, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, but this is where we return to get the administrative stuff sorted out. It’s a practical way of doing business. We don't have a huge staff, just a dedicated group that knows the area well. If you’re looking for us, we are right there in the heart of C Ward. We just try to keep things honest and do the job right. It’s been our home for a long time now.
