Our place is over on Hupri Road, right by the P.W.D Workshop in Uchgaon. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re heading out of Kolhapur. We’ve been operating out of this area for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent dealing with trucks, materials, and making sure the guys at the sites have what they need. Karveer taluka is where we do most of our work, so we know the soil and the local conditions pretty well. Construction is a messy business and our office shows it. There's usually some mud on the floor and stacks of papers everywhere. We don't try to look like a big city firm because we aren't one. We are just local builders trying to get through the day's tasks. We fix things, build things, and sometimes tear things down if they're old and falling apart. It’s practical work. My uncle used to say that a building is only as good as its foundation, so we try to pay attention to that. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy emails. We just talk to people face to face. If there's a problem, we try to solve it right then and there. Life in Kolhapur moves at its own pace and we just fit in with that. We focus on the bricks and mortar and let the rest take care of itself. It’s been working out for us so far.
