Reyansh Buildcon Private Limited is located in Kolhapur. Our office is Shop TF-1 in the Cyndrella Casttle building, which is over in Nagala Park. It’s a decent area to work from. We’ve been doing buildcon work for a while now. It’s mostly about managing the various sites we have going on around the city. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. It's just a shop turned into an office where we keep our records and meet with contractors. Building things in Kolhapur has its own set of challenges, from the climate to getting the right materials on time. We spend a lot of time trying to coordinate everyone so things don't stall. It’s not a perfect system, but we make it work. Our desks are usually covered in site photos and bills. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We just build. Sometimes it’s a house, sometimes it’s something else. We try to be honest about how long things take. Construction is never as fast as people want it to be. We just stay focused on the tasks we have each day. If you’re near Nagala Park, you can find us in the Cyndrella Casttle. It’s a pretty easy spot to get to. We’re just local people doing local work. We don't have any grand slogans. We just show up and do the job as best as we can manage with what we have.
