REJOIICE BUILDERS AND DEVELPOERS LLP

We are a small outfit based out of House No 335 in Baleghol. It is a quiet spot in Kagal, right here in Kolhapur district. Most people around here know us because we've been around for a while, just doing our thing with bricks and mortar. Being Rejoiice Builders and Developers LLP means we spend most of our days out on sites or looking at papers in the office. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Baleghol is home, so we try to do right by the folks living nearby. We started this because we saw a need for more homes in the area. My cousin and I handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the weather gets in the way, especially during the heavy rains we get in this part of Maharashtra, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to finish the projects we started and make sure the walls are straight. You can usually find one of us hanging around the site near the main road or back at the house if it’s late. It’s hard work, and my boots are always covered in red mud from the local soil. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of grit.
