Prafulla Winery And Hospitality Private Limited

We are located out in Kodoli, specifically on Saraf Line near Chatrapati Chauk. This is in the Panhala taluka, so it’s a bit of a slower pace compared to the big cities nearby. We do a mix of things here, focusing on the winery and also some hospitality work. Our setup is pretty simple and fits right into the local surroundings. We don't have a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It's a more traditional building where we handle the day-to-day running of the business. People in the village know us well, and we often have locals dropping by just to say hello or ask about work. Dealing with the weather is a big part of what we do, as it affects the grapes and the visitors we get. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours in the afternoon, so we just take a break or do some manual tasks that don't need lights. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and talking to our staff about the guest arrangements. It’s a hands-on job where everyone has to be ready to do a bit of everything. We don't use big words or fancy strategies. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure our records are right. It’s an honest way to work, and being part of the Kodoli community is something we’ve always valued.
