Mocha Cafe

Mocha Cafe is our little spot in Sangli. We are located right on Panchamukhi Maruti Road in the Khanbhag area. It’s a busy street with a lot of local foot traffic. The building is 1658(B). We aren't trying to be one of those modern, sterile coffee chains you see in Mumbai. Our place is a bit more lived-in. We have tables that might wobble a little and the smell of coffee always fills the room. It’s where people from the neighborhood come to sit for a bit and talk. We serve drinks and some snacks throughout the day. The kitchen is small, so it can get a bit hectic when we have a full house. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everyone gets their order. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery is late, but that’s just life in Sangli. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. You’ll hear a lot of local gossip and laughter if you stay long enough. We’ve been part of this road for a while and we like the people who stop by. It isn't a fancy business with a marketing plan. We just open the doors in the morning and hope people enjoy their stay. We put a lot of heart into what we do, even if it’s just a simple cup of coffee. It’s our way of being part of the community here in Maharashtra. We are just glad to have a place where everyone feels welcome to stop in.
