Mdcon Infra Private Limited

We've been at Karekar Sankul for a while now. It's in Rajarampuri 10th Lane, which is usually quite a busy spot in the afternoon. My name is on the paperwork and we handle various infrastructure jobs here at Mdcon Infra. Most days, we’re out on different sites, so the office in Flat F1 is mostly for the boring stuff like bills and quick meetings. We deal with the usual materials like bricks, cement, and trying to plan everything out. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets in the way of a timeline. We just try to get the work done as we go. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and old tea cups all over the main table. Rajarampuri is a good spot for us because it’s central to where we need to be. People around here know where to find us if they need something built or checked. We have a small crew and we’ve been through a lot of projects together over the last few years. It’s hard work and it gets dusty most of the time, but seeing a project actually finish up is a decent feeling. We don't really do fancy ads or anything. Most of what we do comes from word of mouth in the neighborhood. If you walk down the 10th lane, you'll see our sign near the entrance. We're usually around from the morning until late. It's just how the business goes for us. We keep it simple.
