Lalbagcha Kadak Chahawala Llp is located in Kolhapur, specifically at Amatya Tower in the E Ward. We have rooms 19 to 21 on the third floor. Even though we have an office in a tower, we aren't corporate people. We are all about tea. The office is where we handle the accounts and talk to the tea stall owners. It’s usually messy with papers and samples of tea leaves everywhere. We don't have a fancy marketing plan. We just know that people in Kolhapur want their tea to be strong and kadak. If we can do that, the business works. We spend a lot of time visiting the tea spots and making sure things are running okay. It’s an LLP, so it’s a partnership of people who just really like the tea business. We don't have a big hierarchy or fancy titles. We just do whatever needs to be done, whether it’s fixing a stove or talking to a supplier. The office in Amatya Tower is our base, but we are rarely just sitting there. We are always on the move. We don't use promotional language because the tea speaks for itself. If people like it, they come back. We are just a local business trying to make sure everyone gets a good cup of tea every morning. It is a simple business and we like it that way.
