Kolhapur Brewcrafts Llp

Our place is located in Flat 101 of the Siddhi Heritage building. It is right there in Laxminarayannagar. It might seem a bit odd to have a business like Kolhapur Brewcrafts running out of a residential-looking spot, but it works for what we need right now. We spend a lot of time tucked away in the back rooms working on different recipes. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have new supplies coming in, but we make do. We have had to move boxes around more times than I can count just to reach the desk. It is not exactly a corporate headquarters, and we prefer it that way. We handle things ourselves, from the paperwork to the actual brewing. Laxminarayannagar is a quiet enough area, which is nice when we are trying to focus on a tricky batch. Sometimes the humidity gets to us, but the fans keep things moving. We do not have a big team, just a couple of people who know how to handle the equipment. Most days are just about routine. We check the levels, clean the tanks, and make sure the labels are straight. It is a lot of manual work. We are not trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we put out is solid. It is just us here at Siddhi Heritage, keeping our heads down and working on the next brew.
